A very rare and adorable shirring OP from angelic pretty, the dress was realised in 2006 but it is in really good condition. Previous owner added ribbons and candy-shaped decorations to make the dress more cute, but you can easily remove them if you want the dress to be simple. 
Full shirring allows different sizes of fit. 
Both the bow and sleeve are detachable.
