A very rare and adorable shirring OP from angelic pretty, it is believed to have been released in 2006, I have submitted these pics and info to lolibrary so if you see them there, that’s why.

This OP has not been worn or tried on by me, and has very little signs of use by the previous owner. There is a small pin hole in the middle top of the bodice where the ribbon was pinned upon arrival to me. Please understand that this is an older piece even though it is in accretion all condition. There are no stains or discoloration that I can see.
Other: Waist ties are 1 layer, but pattern of fabric is on both sides.
Neck straps are not removable.
