Rare and beautifully detailed Innocent World velveteen skirt from 2001. Please note the colour of the skirt in real life is closer towards wine/bordeaux than it appears in the photos, in my opinion. Beautiful torchon lace under the scalloped edges. I noticed there is a button on the waistband, but no waist ties. I don't think it originally had waist ties, but just wanted to specify. The skirt is in fantastic condition with no flaws that I can find, although some of the bows need a little straightening. Overall it has also attracted a bit of dust which is common with velveteen, so you might like to run something over it to remove the dust.

I am rather reluctant to let this skirt go, even though I don't really have many opportunities to wear it, so I am not considering reducing the price at this time.

The skirt is typically small sizing found with old school skirts, and there is a very small elasticated band which does not give much additional stretch. I measured and the FLAT waist measurement is about 31cm unstretched, and about 35cm when stretched.
