I'm not 100% on the sizing but i've meaasured the width of the top of the skirt and its roughly 12 inches so i expect it to fit someone with a 24 inch waist, however I'm not a professional.

Hi!. Could you give me an idea how long this skirt is? And the width at the lower hem?

Hello thank you for showing interest, as i mentioned im no expert but the lower hem laid flat was roughly 34 inches and length is roughly 24 inches. While i cant really find much more information on the skirt I found rainbowy has a skirt entry on lolilibrary for another print so that might help you get a general idea of sizing (obviously its not the same skirt but i assume they size everything similarly )
