Rainbow Circus Apron Skirt in Yellow by Doll’s Party

I bought this skirt through a taobao shopping service last year, and planned on altering it to fit me. It is a bigger project than I want to take on, and so I still have not touched it. It is new without tags. I have not even tried it on because it is obviously too small for me.
