A warm skirt for cold winter :)

• Bought new from Rabbit Heart (I don't think the brand exists anymore?)
• Rarely used.
• Very cute rose buttons.
• Velvet-like material (?)
• Shirring in the back of the skirt.
• The colour seems Wine red in warm lighting and in the daylight it is more Cooler version of Wine red.

My amateur measurements:

Length including lace:
61cm / 24 inches
Waist:
70cm / 27.5 inches at rest, stretches up to MAX 80cm / 31.4 inches. I think. My waist is 69cm and it has a little bit too much room when worn.
