Condition:
Fair condition, there is piling on the skirt. It is not really noticeable when worn since the fabric has texture to it.

I would not recomened this skirt for those with waists over 26 inches, it has no give to it.

Yes, although right now I am mainly looking for chocolate/deer themed things and a white purse. Willing to look at other things though, something might catch my eye.
