Regarding shipping: 1. I am based in the USA and generally do not ship overseas; however, I will occasionally ship to a serious buyer located outside of the USA. For convenience, my shipping prices are estimates and I usually charge the buyer a little under what I end up paying when I post. However, if I charge you $5 or more over what I pay, I will refund you the difference through PayPal. 3. I generally ship items via the cheapest (tracked) method.
