Second owner, near perfect condition except for a small section of serged edge missing along the back bottom ruffle. Not noticeable, see 3rd photo for close-up. 

This is a very full and very heavy underskirt, waist size 60-80 cm. You will need a good petticoat, preferably a full length one.

Price includes shipping within the US. I'm willing to ship internationally, but I wouldn't recommend it, as it would likely cost as much as the skirt itself! Thanks!
