Bought secondhand NWT and worn once by me. Skirt only. It does include the waist ties, I just forgot to photograph them. There are a few loose threads as with most taobao pieces. Will be lint-rolled prior to shipping. The lighting in my apartment is very warm; the white ruffles are actually a stark white.
