Hi! So sorry, I didn't realize the measurements weren't there. I found this salopette which does have measurements, and it seems to be a very similar cut: https://lolibrary.org/items/ap-magical-night-theater-salopette. I also measured it myself just now, and those numbers seem to be similar. I can't promise they're exact though! Hope this helps 🥰
