Cutsew by brand Pyon Pyon. Made of polyester and very stretchy; by my amateur measurements the bust measures about 80 cm flat unstretched, but fits me well at 104 cm. Able to stretch a bit bigger.

Please keep in mind that the material is a little see-through, so it would need to be worn with a camisole underneath if worn with a skirt. Also, the neck was much higher when I received it, so much that it looked absolutely ridiculous, so I cut off one of the ruffle layers to make it shorter.
