In overall good condition with some minor damage, namely clip hanger marks in the waist (visible in the first photo) and 2 missing buttons from under the front flap (see third photo, though it was hard to capture them with the available lighting). The back is shirred, I have a 27" waist and it ended up being a little too big on me (sat fine if I didn't put anything in the pockets, but when I put my phone in it pulled the waist down).
