Used coat by putumayo. I believe it is wool or a wool blend. The red accents are darker in person. It is in really good condition. There are lots of buttons on the inside of the sleeves so the cuffs have a wide range of adjustments to how much they can be rolled up. There is enough space to fit a smaller petticoat underneath. I've worn it with with both ouji and gothic lolita. The following measurements are my own and may not be entirely accurate.   
Shoulder width: 45 cm 
Length in front to end of tails: 97cm 
Length in back to end of tails: 113cm
Sleeve length: 65cm 
Width of bust in front: 44cm
