Putumayo Slick Cat T cutsew, white, worn once and washed, no stains or damage. 96 cm bust (48 cm flat), will stretch to at least 112. I wore it at 112 and it was form-fitting, not loose, but not strained. The detachable sleeves are 28-32 cm at the top and 23 cm at the bottom. They attach with buttons. I purchased this for $86 at Harajuku Hearts in San Francisco in March.
