I meant to measure it yesterday when I got home but I completely forgot, sorry! The flat measurement of the waist front is 13 inches, and the shirring panel stretches to about 11- that's about a max waist of about 31 inches.
The bust flat is 15 inches, plus the 5 inch stretch of the shirring, I'd say not more than a 35 inch bust for comfort, but a 36 might fit. There's a tiny bit more stretch on the top than on the waist.
The arm length from underarm to wrist (not including lace ruffle) is 18 inches, and the total length from the shoulder seam to the end of the wrist lace is 25.
