There is a built in slit on the inside (above the putumayo tag) so you can replace the elastic with a longer or shorter one, i've replaced the original with one that's a 70-100 cm waist but it would be easy to trim shorter if it's too loose for you. Very light cotton. Length is 50 cm excluding the waist band.
