Hi! I gave it a pull and based on flat measurements it can go up to 48". It fits a variety of sizes though and can go as low as 28"

What is your policy on holds? :) idk if I could get it this Wednesday but definitely could the Wednesday after. :) also does the waist have shirring or is it cause the waist tie it can go smaller? :)

The entire bodice is shirred from the collar down to the waist ties. If you're committed to buying, I don't mind holding it til Wednesday or the Wednesday after especially since I won't be able able to ship right away. If you "buy it now", I'll send the invoice but you can pay it whenever you're able
