Would you say this could go larger than 96 cm in the bust?

Probably 2-3cm would be the max, since I am 92cm and it fits well. But there is no zipper, so to comfortably fit it over your head I think 98 would be Max. :) hope this helps!!!

Depending on which state you are at, it is about 15$ untracked, and 25$ tracked. :) BTW I always return the extra shipping cost if I over quote
