Can hold a petti but it looked awkward on me due to the skirt and torso both being too short. Recommended for petite lolitas (under 5'2") for best fit! Very soft and roomy, with full back shirring. Has waist ties to adjust fit, and cute sailor collar with music motif. Purchased from ClosetChild, only tried on by me.
