The material has sparkles woven into it which gives off a unique subtle star-kissed glow. It has neck ties, and detachable waist ties that are lined on one side. the collar has a gathered detail with cute soft gray lace. The aplique is of a gorgeous chandelier with four cats and the words "Life is but and empty dream". The hem is ruffled with ribbon, bow detailing. The skirt is not lined and the dress has been worn twice. There is shirring in the back. A lovely piece to be worn at wintertime.
