Bought this second hand from here but have never worn it as it much to small and short for me. I've been holding onto it for a few years but it's time to let it go. It's in good condition though the elastic band has seemed to have lost its stretch from the previous owner, it barely has any give to it, I had a hard time getting it on my dress form and shes set to the smallest setting. Skirt is cotton and has a tulle and lace over lay. Measured flat across its 15in at the waist and it 18in long. Free shipping! Item is from a non smoking home but I do have a kitty.
