I'm selling this Putumayo skirt to make a bit of room in my wardrobe and because I rarely wear skirts.
It is plussize friendly and can go up to 90cm waist or possibly a bit more.
It is a bit short though, as you can see in the second picture.
It was some greyish marks around the elastic though I'm not sure those are purposefully done or not (I bought it like that), hence the pretty low price (I put "major stains" just in case).
!! The lolibrary link I put is not the correct one, this skirt is not is velveteen but in a sort of almost jean-like fabric. It also does not have the white frill at the bottom that is on the stock picture.
Also, this skirt does not have a Putumayo label on it.
