Putumayo dress I bought at Baby NYC ages ago. I think I've worn it once or twice but haven't reached for it in years. Ita really darn cute with the bunny ears in the back. Can also be worn as a cardigan as it buttons down the front.
I'm 5'7 and have around a 42in bust and its more like a long shirt on me than a dress, so while it will fit plus size I'd go a bit smaller.
