The colour is very deep and darker/more muted in real life. (the picture on the mannequin is most accurate). Dark blue A-line velveteen overskirt and a ruffled black underskirt. (kind of a crimped crepe fabric) The skirt ties at the back into a bow, revealing the underskirt. It's a-line so it doesn't have a tonne of room for poof, but very cute nonetheless and good for casual, I just have too many skirts.

Length: 46cm (not including the underskirt part)
Waist: adjustable with ties but minimum around 68cm
Underskirt waist: stretches 64cm min to around 84cm (may stretch further but with strain)


There is a small mark about half a cm long on the front where the velveteen is a tiny bit damaged, it’s not obvious.
