PUNYUS cropped fried egg cardigan
A cropped oversize cardigan from PUNYUS in size 4. I purchased both lengths and just prefer the full length version for myself. Purchased secondhand from Mercari, worn outside once. The balloon sleeves with the very narrow (but stretchy!) cuff are extremely cute. Because this is meant to be oversize, the most important measurement to note will be shoulder width and back collar width to be sure it will not fall off your shoulders.
