This dress is super cute, but somehow it's been almost a year and I've NEVER WORN IT so -- here we are!
NWT, has never even been tried on. Comes with 2 hair clips that are still in their package, and the rosette badge thing, which has a pirate cat on it. I'd keep the badge to remind me of my folly, but then I'd have to take a new picture, so I am including it because I don't really like taking pictures :)
