Skirt and bow were bought secondhand, the beret and harness bought new, all were worn a few times and hand washed
Skirt: There are no flaws I can find - over time some buttons have fallen off but I sewed them back on
Beret: Great condition but the dangling charm has unfinished edges so there are some loose threads poking out
Harness:
There will be minor rust on the metal parts, I remove it periodically
but I live in a very humid climate, it can be removed using an abrasive
cloth
Bow: Good condition

Waist: 80cm *There is no shirring, it'll fit best at a few cm under (I'm at 76cm and it was comfortable to wear)
