hello :3 would this skirt flare out and fill up nicely with a poofy petticoat? or is it more straight A-line? also, what would shipping be to Florida in the U.S.? :3

Hello =) Yes, you can puff it at the bottom as it's an A-line form. Not a straight A-line! I just prefer it without many puffy (personal tastes for every lolita coord). In a box, tracked, it would be 26,70€ (~ $33). I can't ship in a maxi padded letter, it's too heavy and too large, I am sorry to propose only one shipping method :(
