Could I grab the approximate measurements for the bust? I want to make sure I can tie the bow tightly :)

The bust is more "free" because of the shape, here is the shoulder measurement. The tie goes up at the neckline instead of the bust just like the size S in the stock photos https://lolibrary.org/items/taobao-pumpkin-cat-summer-chiffon-short-sleeve-bolero

Sorry if that's a weird explanation but I wasn't sure where exactly to measure since it doesn't close over the bust
