About the dress: Gorgeous piece for all symbolism lovers! The print is made in vanitas theme - everything is mortal, even the beauty, even this dress (which is why print is made on a powdery chiffon - like it's subtly fading). The colors are beautiful in their variety - blue butterflies with a hint of rust, withering pink, cream and burgundy roses, and the turquoise book cover is just mind-blowing. This is a truly different piece which features traditional vanitas key symbols - but with an unique approach.
The design of the JSK is a normal-waist version with partial shirring, really elegant and mature. Was purchased NWT, worn once or twice over a blouse. Excellent condition - couldn't find any visible flaws, even AatP's slimsy lacing at the back is perfectly intact. I love this piece to no end, but I'm moving towards a brighter wardrobe now and it breaks my heart to see it just hanging in the closet. (pretty vanitas though!)
