This is a Prisila "volumaki" hair piece which is a hair piece that can be worn multiple ways such as like a half wig, or over a bun of your own hair, or to create a pony tail. This piece adds curls and length; a lot more comfortable to wear than full wigs and less hot in summer months.

Prisila is a popular wig brand in Japan which sells higher quality wigs suitable for lolita, gyaru, and other j-fashions. I personally like their brand because although their wigs are more expensive, they look more natural with more natural coloration. These types of wigs don't shed crazily like cheap wigs from China and look more like "real hair."
