I bought this second hand and it's in good condition, though it arrived to me with some minor piling.

I love this skirt and it looks really good on me and made for alot of cute coords, but at this time, I don't need this skirt as far as my priorities go right now.

Hi, do you think that with the help of the corset part, it would fit a 82 cm waist?

At my largest, I was 28 inches in the waist (73 cm). It fit pretty snug on me and was true to size on the lolibrary post. I think 82 cm would be a stretch for it because 73 cm was the max for me in my experience. But you could always take it to a seamstress to be let out to accommodate your size. I hope this helps! And this skirt is going for a good deal anyway if I say so myself.
