Please be aware there is no shirring or stretch in this garment whatsoever. The listed measurements are the absolute maximum, and my personal experience is that the pants will look and feel very tight at a hip circumference of 93cm, so I would personally recommend your largest hip circumference be even smaller than that in order to achieve a good fit.
