This was bought secondhand, but was never worn by me.

The dress has impressive construction. The fabric feels solid, and the lace feels delicate. Waist ties are still here! No longer fits my style, and I regret that I didn't wear it when it did.

Hi there! Would you say that the shoulder width is really only 13''? T_T I normally have to aim for around 15'' if I can in order to move my arms forward without it being constricting...

Hello! I took out my fabric measuring tape, and seam to seam is 13.5". However, the shoulder part extends past the seam, and that part is 15.5-16". Also, there's a slit design in the sleeves with sheer polkadotted netting fabric that gives it a bit more wiggle room! I'll update the listing with a photo of the sleeve.
