Holy Queen JSK in the black/blue colorway from Moi Meme Moitie. I am the third owner and have only worn it 2-3 times. It is in excellent condition with no visible flaws. A very elegant dress! The elastic/empire waist makes it accommodating for various sizes, but I would say the max bust is 110cm and the max waist is 100cm. Any further and it may be hard to tie the velvet ribbon.The straps are also adjustable. Please note that the navy blue triple rose brooch on the dress seen in the pictures is not included in the purchase.
