I received this item as part of a large mixed lot of items in various states of damage. I made a very serious attempt to clean and remove the stains on this dress, but they defeated me in the end. I don't think I ever actually attempted to clean the detachable sleeves, so if you want me to try before shipping, I'd be glad to (I use a number of different products for this purpose.)

This is an actual dress from an actual Japanese lolita brand, ANDROMEO. They make some decent old-school style Lolita dresses now and again, but drastically different from the modern styles. This is not one of those dresses.  

There are at least four different fabric types between the dress itself and the various trims. Cotton crochet lace, polyester ruffles, raschel lace on the sleeve cuffs. I honestly think this dress was created on a dare using up whatever scraps were left over. Sometimes I wonder about the person who bought it. If they are still out there making terrible decisions, or if they have learned from their clearly mis-spent youth. Maybe someone bought it as a well-intentioned gift. We may never know.
As for me, I had some different ideas of what to do with it, but none of them panned out. So I'll give you something to start with, but maybe you'll have an even better idea:

1. Dye it another color to cover up the pit stains & make it at least sort of match. Warning: Due to the different fabric types of the trims, I have no idea if this would work.
2. Use it as a movie prop.
3. Wear it paint balling.
4. Buy it as a prank and try to convince your parents this is your wedding dress
5. Send it to your worst enemy


Honestly there are lots of options. If you buy this please let me know what you end up doing with it, with photos if possible. In the case of this auction, I just want to be reimbursed for shipping and see the back of it, possibly onto a home where it can fulfill it's true destiny, possibly as a dust rag, I honestly don't care. Because this dress is a little heavy, I expect US shipping to range between $9 and $15. Ask for a quote. I'm going to make it an auction and any money on top of the shipping cost this might make will get donated to one of my friend's Go Fund Me who is having some medical issues (I'll send the link for proof to the purchaser.)
