I bought this jsk second hand from ebay back in 2008. Its quite an old piece and in my time owning it, it has seen a lot of wear. The black fabric is a bit faded and the dot tulle is torn in several places, but its holding up well structurally and could still make a nice casual/daily wear dress.  The tulle is sewn to the lining so it shouldn't be too hard to replace it if you'd like to.
