In good condition, used, no damages or stains noted. The waist is not elastic, it is a waist hook skirt. Kindly double check waist measurement before purchasing. My waist is at 62 cm and it fit just right and snug. I highly recommend waist smaller than 62 cm in order to comfortably wear the skirt. Reference worn picture available for review in the last image slide, since there is not much worn picture of it found on internet.
