It's a SouffleSong blouse, but I can't find this one on their site. Item will come in it's original packing. :)

Really cute and comfortable! There's no size indicator on the blouse itself, so I would assume it's free sized. The blouse is elastic and since it only covers the bust, there's no need to worry about fit. I wear a size L and XL in this brand and it fit me, easily.
