Bought second hand, missing the waist ties. It's a very light, casual JSK and great in the summer. The dress is compromised of two layers, and in-my-opinion, only has room for a light, casual petticoat.

However, the waist is rather restrictive even though the bust has some amount of stretch. This can lead to an odd fit issue if either of your measurements are near the ones listed above.

The dress has a feeling of being old, worn, and washed many times.

It is MISSING the waist ties and the price reflects as such. I inspected it for major damages, but did not detect any.

The fabric does seem prone to static and prone to collecting fuzz & such.
