No stains or tears. Very gently used. Black/white polka dot jumper-skirt has ties at the shoulders that can be changed from time to time, tied and sewed to keep them tired permanently, or tucked in for a strapless look. Shirring and tie down in the back allows for additional sizes to consider this jumper-skirt.  Has flexibility to be worn alone or with a blouse underneath.
