Bought second hand forever, unfortunately it's been hanging in my closet since haha. Just doing some closet cleaning
As far as I've inspected, nothing is wrong except it is missing the waist ties! From what I know, however, is that they were simply black satin. It's an easy fix but unfortunately I have no time to sew some replacements.
