About the feedback received from Rizqa (Buyer): The buyer complaints there is pull on the dress which was no damage before I sent out the parcel. However, referring the tracking details, it has shown their local customs officer had check the parcel before reached to her place. But buyer points 100% fault from seller and requested a refund in US$47 in Paypal, and I only agreed to refund $10 due to buyer has agreed my terms of sale that actually seller would not be responsible for any damages during transportation. In this situation, I think it is quite fair enough that to do a partial refund that I supposed to give no responsible for any risks made on shipping especially there is no extra insurance added for the parcel. However, buyer DOES NOT ACCEPTED that refund and closed the case on PAYPAL by herself, and left an untrue feedback that the dress felt like worn and said she got refused for a refund. Referring all my selling histories, i am easy to communicate with buyers if there are faults made by myself (eg. I found stains before send out). However, this buyer is not easy to to communicate with. But I still appreciate for this experience. Thanks.
