Plus size white short sleeve blouse. Max 150cm bust

Selling this plus size short sleeve sweet lolita blouse. 
The blouse is white with pink trim and little heart buttons.

Laid flat, the measurements are about 27 inches across, but can stretch to 29. So about 54 inches total, or 58 inches with the stretch. 
Absolute max bust is maybe 150 cm, but I'm not sure if there would be a gap when you button it.
