NWT, Ordered from custom Strawberry Witch on Taobao. They didn't give the measurements I asked for, so it doesn't fit me very well.
It does tighten with corset lace in the back to get a more flattering fit. The button holes on the sleeve cuts weren't cut out (pictured.) I was too annoyed to take scissors to them.

Bust- 22 - Length (with edge ruffles)- 26 - waist is 19.5 - sleeve length is 10 (11 with ruffle)
