Includes the matching KC. Dress has been worn a few times, KC is NWT (I accidentally bought two KC lol, so I'll just sell the one I didn't wear). Please note that the red from the ribbon seems to have bled into the white lace of the front lace-up section. Not very noticeable but slightly pinkish. Front bow is detachable but waist ties and other bows are NOT detachable. Main fabric is a nice patterned gingham. White fabric in front lacing is a lighter poly of lesser quality and sometimes scrunches awkwardly if you lace it too tight. Skirt is *very* roomy. Top bow (which I've put at the waist) is not nearly as perky as the reference photo: it droops very sadly. Dress is handmade through a very small Taobao shop - the only time you notice the handmade-ness is the kinda wonky stitching on the KC.

MEASUREMENTS:
BUST: taobao listing says 108 cm but I have a 100 cm bust and I have to lace this quite tightly and even then it's really loose (comfy but not the most flattering on me!). I'd say minimum 108 cm bust, maximum 120 cm. Maybe a little more: the shoulder straps are adjustable and the lacing expands quite a bit. XL is actually the smallest size for this brand
WAIST/HIPS: same as bust measurement. No zip, needs to fit over hips/bust to go on.
