I bought the JSK a while ago and I've worn it a couple of times. It's in a good condition, there is a slight discoloration on the left side underneath the bodice (barely visible) and some buttons are a bit loose.
and I've made some modifications: I added some pressure buttons on the bodice to make it fit my bust size and also two buttons below (you can see the stitches of the buttons below)

I sewed on self made satin roses on the bodice to cover up the stitches from the pressure buttons and also some roses on the bows and one on the belt - All bows are removable.
The dress has no lining, it is entirely made of chiffon, it is wine red (darker than the photos). It comes with a belt with a pressure Button. There is no zipper, you have to open some buttons to get in and close them afterwards.You can wear it with an open front and wear an underskirt underneath, I highly recommend a big petticoat or a stable Crinoline since the dress is quite heavy.
