***PLEASE READ DESCRIPTION FOR SIZING NOTES***

This is the plus-size version of the 3 Tier Frill JSK (with included matching headdress) released in 2021. However, Metamorphose made an error with the construction, resulting in the maximum measurements being a bit smaller than the official numbers. This was due to the usage of thicker elastic that ultimately did not stretch as much as the type of elastic used in the shirring of the standard-size version of this garment, causing a tighter fit. Meta offered to alter and send back the JSK with new elastic for anyone who requested it, but I am selling an unaltered version. I don't know exactly how much smaller the max measurements are, since I have left both items in their original packaging.
