I was a silly goose and bought this not realizing it's actually a swimsuit. Yes, it even has that specific type of swimsuit material :'D
Thus it's never even been tried on since it's not what I wanted, so selling this onwards to a lolita that wants a cute swimsuit!
It has netting/padding around the chest - see pic. It also has a small black dot which I've circled in red. Not sure if it will wash out - like I said, this is new and has only been opened from its package, nothing else.
